Description:

Camp Bauercrest is an overnight camp for Jewish boys located in Amesbury, MA, about 40 miles north of Boston on the shores of Lake Attitash. We are a non-profit camp, run by an independent board of directors.

Bauercrest offers a safe, enjoyable, and meaningful Jewish camping experience for every camper. We build on Jewish identity and the well-being of these boys through the commonly held values of Sportsmanship, Teamwork, Achievement, and Responsibility.

We surround our campers with their peers, add activities to stretch both physical and creative abilities, and provide positive role models as their counselors. Knowing that kids grow best in a secure and safe environment where within boundaries, they can practice making choices and take risks while being supported by caring adults. Bauercrest campers have fun! Parents are giving their children a gift of a lifetime – some growth in their development.
