Religious Camps: Jewish

Description: The URJ Henry S. Jacobs Camp is the Reform Jewish Movement's summer camp serving the Deep South: Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Western Tennessee and the Florida Panhandle. Each summer, our staff creates an amazing intergenerational community; at Jacobs, all of the campers know each other, and the staff knows all of the campers by name. Jacobs truly is “A Jewish Place at a Southern Pace.”

Camp Season: 2005-06-14 to 2005-08-08
Sessions:

Kochavim. One night sleepover program for entering first graders.

Olim. Ten day camp program for entering second & third graders.

Garin/Maskilim/Talmidim. Twenty-five day camp programs for entering third through ninth graders.

Chalutzim. Thirty-eight day camp program for entering tenth graders.
